Each document can have a secure customer link. Customers can view their quotation online and accept it without needing access to the WordPress dashboard.

Customers can also upload proof of payment where this feature is enabled.

Email delivery

The plugin sends email through the standard WordPress email system. For more reliable delivery, configure an SMTP plugin such as FluentSMTP and connect it to a valid email account.

Email delivery depends on the website’s hosting, SMTP configuration and connected email provider.

SA Quotes & Invoices Free assists with calculating and displaying tax information. It does not submit VAT returns to SARS, determine whether a business must register for VAT or replace professional tax advice.

Only registered VAT vendors should charge VAT. Users remain responsible for checking their invoice information, exchange rates and tax obligations.
